Glen Gorse Golf Club

Glen Gorse Golf Club, located 5 miles south of Leicester, is home to one of the finest and meticulously maintained parkland golf courses in the East Midlands. The club extends the warmest of welcomes to new members, visitors and societies.

At the heart of the club is the Clubhouse where a friendly atmosphere and hospitality are paramount. The spikes bar and the restaurant serve a great range of refreshing drinks, lunches and meals. The busy, all inclusive, social scene ranges from charity events, gourmet dining and dinner dances to quiz nights and darts competitions. Everyone is welcome.

No Trolley Restictions

 

  • Sunday 23rd November 2014
  • Course is Open. 15 temporary greens in play
  • From Monday 24th November Hedgehog wheels must be on all power trolleys and tow carts.
  • Treat all temporary greens as G.U.R, relief must be taken.
  • Keep all trolleys and buggies outside of white lines.
  • The 3rd hole will be played on a temporary green, due to drainage work on the main green.  
  • Placing on all close mown areas.
