Hole 9

Par 3, Yards 190, Stroke Index 12

"There is a big tendency to be short here, so take enough club and aim for the right side of the green, as it slopes from the right to left."

Richard Reed, Club Professional

On hole 9 a good hit with a longish iron should be enough club to get most players onto the putting surface. A large tree on the right of the green will come into play if the tee shot is slightly pushed, but don't miss the green left as another tree and a severe bank await the pulled shot. The green slopes uphill and from right to left making a long put difficult to get close from most positions. Take your three and bid a hasty retreat to the next tee.
